At CocoLink Global Trade LLC, we strive for quality. All refund and return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms specified in the individual supply agreement or purchase order.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14–30 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within the agreed number of business days.
Customized or bulk wholesale orders may have different return terms. Please contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. In cases of confirmed quality defects, CocoLink will cover return shipping costs.
